PERSONAL FULL COACHING

Face-to-Face Coaching

This type of coaching will involve one 1-hour monitored session per week, beginning with Self-Myofascial Release, Flexibility Techniques, and Movement Prep Exercises as part of the Warm-Up. Based on your detailed plan, you will run one of your shorter weekly runs at your pace then return for the Cool-Down. (**This plan also includes 4 per month optional 30-minute Personal Training Sessions for Movement-Based Strength Training.) This plan is ideal for beginning runners who would like more personal support and for more experienced runners who would like more detailed and informative coaching, including race time-specific goals and more. Regardless of your running ability, this coaching plan will allow you to work more personally with me and have any specific concerns addressed.

Gait Analysis, Full Postural Assessment, and Fitness Testing included. Urban Body Fitness Membership required for all strength-training clients. For current UBF Membership rates, contact Urban Body Fitness. Coaching only clients are NOT required to have a UBF Membership.

Online Coaching with Face-to-Face Consultation

If you live in the Atlanta area and would like more personal experience, this type of coaching will include meeting with me once per phase of your training plan. The first month includes a full, in-person evaluation as well as a detailed training plan with instructions on Self-Myofascial Release and Flexibility Techniques.

Gait Analysis, Full Postural Assessment, and Fitness Testing included.

Online Coaching

Life gets in the way and sometimes it’s hard to fit it all in. But that doesn’t mean that you can’t receive personalized coaching that will fit your schedule perfectly! This type of coaching involves communication primarily via phone and email. The first month of coaching includes an initial phone consultation (approximately 30 – 60 minutes) and a full training plan with detailed instructions on Self-Myofascial Release and Flexibility Techniques.

Optional In-Person Gait Analysis and Basic Postural Assessment complimentary. 

Group Coaching

If you and your friends are interested in coaching, a group-training program is perfect for you. This type of coaching can be online or in-person. Each member will receive an initial consultation and a full training plan with detailed instructions

on Self-Myofascial Release and Flexibility Techniques. In-person coaching will take place at the facility once a week and will begin with Self-Myofascial Release, Flexibility Techniques, and Movement Prep Exercises as part of the Warm-Up. Based on your plan, you will run one of your weekly runs at your pace then return for the Cool-Down.

There is a 3-person Minimum for all groups. Gait Analysis and Basic Postural Assessment complimentary.


All members/clients must complete a liability waiver prior to participating in a training plan or coaching plan. This also applies to “drop in” meetup participants.
