PERSONAL COACHING LITE: RACE-SPECIFIC TRAINING PLANS
Individual Race Training Plans
If you just want a training plan for a specific race, we can develop a training plan geared towards your specific racing goals. The price for a training plan includes a consultation to determine your current fitness level, gait analysis, basic postural assessment, health/injury history, and running goals.
Prices vary based on training plan length and race distance. All Personal Training clients receive this service at no extra charge.
DIVAS Run Meetup Group Race Training Plans
Training plans for specific area races will be offered a few times a year. Races may include (but not limited to) the Georgia Publix Half and Full Marathons, the OLA Spring Stampede 5K, the Dekalb Rape Crisis Center Take Back the Night 5K, the AJC Peachtree Road Race, the Atlanta 13.1 5K and Half Marathon, the CVS Strong Legs 10K, and the Atlanta Beltline 10K.
Prices vary based on training plan length and race distance.
DIVAS Run On-the-Go
Want to test the waters? Need some motivation or just want some company on your run? If you haven’t purchased a training plan but would like to “drop in” for a running meetup, the cost is $5 per run. Fee is waived for UBF members. Running meetups will occur each Saturday at 8 am. Meet at front desk of UBF. Please RSVP to sher@divasrun.com. Keep checking back for the running meetup schedule for any cancellations due to inclement weather, illness, or we’re out racing!

All DIVAS Run clients who have already purchased and are currently enrolled in a DIVAS Run training plan or coaching plan may participate in any of these meetup runs at no charge.
All members/clients must complete a liability waiver prior to participating in a training plan or coaching plan. This also applies to “drop in” meetup participants.
